Im sorry if smh means anything offensive or includes harsh language but i would like to know what it means. I see it all over on Facebook and Twitter. So what does smh mean?

Shaking my Head. It' like a disapproving statement. If a person on my news feed posted:
" I f*cked two b*tches last night!!!1" I would reply, "smh".
I didn't know what it meant until my friend explained it to me.

It means suck my head. Basically, you go to an Amerindian tribe or anywhere where they have the large mouth-pieces, and you get them to insert their entire mouths over your head and they suck it.
it is very relaxing and some people even pay for it to get done.
