What does retweet mean cause my twitter said that Hailie Mathers retweeted my post.

It means that Hallie Mathers added your post to her profile, but it still says it's your post on there.

In Facebook terms she reposted your tweet. But the difference is that on Twitter, when someone RTs your post, it shows who the source of that post is, (the person copied from) It's just like "sharing" on Facebook.
