You can go to privacy settings > block list to specifically block any person you don't want to view your page. You can also make it so only friends can view your information by changing all categories in privacy settings to friends only. You can go to privacy settings > connecting on facebook to control who can search for you so your page won't show up if people search for your name. Friends won't be able to find you though either so that's probably not the best idea.

Yes, just ignore them, or remove them from your friends list. Also you can change your security settings to only allow your friends to view your details.
