my sister connected my youtube account to my facebook account and everything i do on youtube is published on facebook and its really annoying can you help me?

Go on the dropdown menu from your username in the top right corner of the youtube page. Click Account. In the tabs on the right, click on Activity Sharing. It should show Facebook/your account, and twitter/your account ( if attached ), and Google Reader / Account (If attached). To the right of the facebook button, click disconnect accounts. You are now left with just the connect accounts button, and your account is no longer linked.
