Look for him in Facebook or other things like that, or put a picture of him in the web so people might know him and tell your friend that he might be it.

I know there IS a site like that, but I think it's illegal....... Don't go on sites that tell you EVERYTHING about a person. Those tend to be a place for identity thieves.
