call the website and let them know to take you off the mailing list

Go onto Facebook, log in, go to the top right corner and it should say "Account" With a drop down arrow. Click on it and go to account settings. Once there, you should see at the top a bunch of tabs, one of them will say "Notifications" And you can change it to not send you E-mails for everything.
