They are flooding my email with those useless notifications! Who cares if someone posted on a group or commented on a picture that I did not add. I've got many important messages to read and Facebook is torturing my privacy.

u go to their setting and uncheck receiving emails for it. or when u get the email u click unsubscribe at the bottom.
