How can I un-save my twitter password on my mac? - Opal Rose - 11-09-2012 07:00 PM So I accidentally saved my password on my twitter account on a mac that I share with my family. How can I un-save it? - Jess - 11-09-2012 07:08 PM What browser are you using? It depends on the browser, but in general, it should be under preferences -> security, autofill, or privacy. This is how you do it for the browsers I have. On Firefox 3.6 it would be Firefox (from the top menu bar) -> preferences... -> security, and under passwords uncheck "Remember passwords for sites." You can also click on the "Save passwords" button and delete them. On Safari 5.1 is would be Safari (top menu bar) -> preferences... -> Autofill, and uncheck "Usernames and passwords," or click "edit" to delete them individually. - Jeg er forelsket - 11-09-2012 07:08 PM An easier way would be to sign out of twitter and next time you log on don't check the 'remember me' box. Much much easier. |
