a little background. i have a friend who tells me that her friends mother has sent her friend to a school out of state. she has no way of getting in touch with this person (it is a juvenile delinquent school and her phone has been taken away along with facebook twitter etc. privileges) and the mother refuses to release any information. we need a way to find her and contact her but we know literally nothing and for reasons id rather not say it is essential we find her. how would i go about finding her?

You could always beat the parent into submission but failing that its not going to happen without some serious hacking skills or going the court system to find out but the chances of them telling you are slim to none
