random girls always add my boyfriend on facebook? - Sue - 11-09-2012 07:02 PM

so many random girls from different states or even different countries always add my boyfriend on facebook! i completly trust my boyfriend so thats not a problem, the problem is that his profile picture is a picture of me and him and his profile isnt even private so they could see it says "in a relationship" and i just find it so disrespectful for them to add him when he has a girlfriend, especially when half of them have half naked pictures of themselves as their profile picture.
what do you think?

I completely COMPLETELY agree.

I think it has something to do with girls loving to break people up as I asked why here.

I think your jealous.. Its only facebook. Alot of random people add random people they don't know. Its no big deal.

What you're missing here is that they are "random girls" - they are not in a relationship with your boyfriend. You are. They can only be just friends. I personally don't have a problem with women having male friends. You make a deliberate choice to be in a love relationship with someone; a kind of relationship essentially different from a friendship. Thus, these girls, from my perspective, are not disrespectful; merely exercising their freedom to choose the friends they want.

Your boyfriend has made his choice, as well. If he were moved by the pictures (half naked, or otherwise) of these other women, he would not still be in a relationship with you.

So, you see, there is no room for jealousy. You two have chosen each other. Choice is a powerful thing.
