I recently added some of my friends as close friends in my facebook account and now facebook has started to send me email about their activities like crazy all day long. I got 45 mails today from facebook and now it's really starting to get on my nerves. So how do you keep facebook's mouth shut without closing your facebook account?

the only way i know of to stop them is to you delete your facebook i'm sorry if that isn't what you want to hear

You can reduce them by changing Notifications settings
