my friend posted a statice saying she was going to beat this other girl up here is what it said (I changed the names)
okay Micheala alberts is going to get her a$$ beat tomorrow and if anyone else has something to say something about my brother I'll beat their a$$ too. how much trouble could my friend get in for posting this?

She could potentially get arrested and do jail time. Just because it's on Facebook doesn't mean it's legal to threaten someone.
