My dad blocked facebook and i cant figure out how to unblock it? He's got a whole separate administrator setting on the computer i believe he did it on this and no WAY can i ever get into that. How would i unblock the site being on my computer?
The Proxy Browsers are a no can do theres firewalls galore set up agianst every single one.

You don't need to unblock it; you could use a proxy server.
Just Google "proxy browser". These are sites that mask the actual destination site; the only way to prevent them from working would be for all of those proxy browsing sites to be blocked by the blocker as well. This is close to impossible. Once you choose one, it will allow you to use otherwise blocked websites.
But, in my opinion, you should respect your father's limits while living under his roof. If he doesn't want you using those sites, you probably should not do so on his computer.
