Should they freak out about it? I encountered my former friend from highschool on Facebook and we befriended. The next thing I know, her boyfriend was dying to know who I was and He was freaking out just 'cause I was a guy. It was just a Facebook friendship, for God sake! But he was making a big deal out of it! Is it fair to freak out about it? For me it sounds a bit insane!

nope!!! people have so many different friends on facebook!! its totally normal for a guy and girl to be friends on facebook!!
