My viber is not working? - hello! - 11-09-2012 07:13 PM
Hi so I have had viber on my iPod for months now and it's been working quite well but recently it started acting up. Last night an today anything I've tried to get into it it looks as if its loading but then just blacks out. I keep getting notifications that I have messages but I can't see them! I've tried turning off my iPod and I've tried turning of wifi but it didnt work! I really don't want to delete the app so can someone please tell me what I can do? Thank you

This is an official representative of Viber Media.
Viber is not completely compatible with iPad, or iPod. Therefore, we unfortunately will not be able to completely resolve any issues for you. You may install it and try it, or if you are having a technical issue, it may be helpful if you try to uninstall/reinstall the application.
Also, make sure that you plug in your ear phone, this will activate the audio.
