Just wondering,Because my sister says this is that if you view a persons profile a certain amount of times that it'll let you know,is this true?

No, this isn't true-but there are some apps on facebook where if you access them, it tells you who visits your profile most, or how many people have visited your profile. (Though I'm not sure if these apps are actually accurate-they could just pick any of your friends at random and say that they visited your profile a lot)

No there's no way you can see who visited your profile. There are many apps in facebook saying 'See who viewed your profile' and similar phrases. But they are actually spams so dont even think of even clicking those links.
