How can you take yourself out of a group on Facebook? I keep getting notifications on this group and I don't even know who the person is, how and why I even got put on this. -_-

go to the group page. there is a button that says, Leave Group. it is sometimes small or hidden, but it is there.

On the right hand side, underneath members and stuff, directly underneath "View Photos" is a button that says "Leave group." Click that.
