Is it possible to get a notification whenever an artist that I like post something new?? if so how??

You will get notification of your friends updates, if you have chose them as close friends. But there is no such options for a page.You cant get page's notification, Their updates will be show in your news feed. Go to that page , hover over the mouse on the liked button and select show in news feed.
