I'm constantly talking back and getting my facebook, cell phone, aim, msn, and more priveldges taken away because of my mom.

Don't talk back. It really sounds demanding, but it will help. You should respect your mother. I mean, if it weren't for her, you wouldn't be alive. Am i right?(; But seriously, respect your parents. It's much easier to do as they say, to keep from punishment, and it will make your mom-daughter relationship a whole lot better.
