i know people can make groups that u can join but im not sure how to make one. for example, you can become a fan of certain schools. and i know that any facebook member can make them because these kids from my schools sister school made a fan club for this really short kid they know. my friends and I really want to make one for my dog..lol its kind of an insider.
can u help?

When you open facebook there is an option displaying at the bottom like create a page for band, business or celebrity. Click on that and login then you can create a fan page or fan club.
