Um, what should I do? He says he wants to give me his facebook password just out of the blue, but I don't want to invade his privacy, cuz I know once I have it I'll look around on it. What should I do?

That easy. But I doubt that youre boyfriend would hide anything from you on facebook.

Just say that you don't want his password because you trust him and that you don't need it! =)
