Ok so on Nathalia Ramos' twitter she said this for her fan mail (in description box) : Nathalia Ramos c/o Leverage Management 3030 Pennsylvania Ave Santa Monica, CA 90404 Please include a stamped return envelope!

I have a few questions on this though:
Should I put c/o or care of?
What does it mean to include a stamped return envelope? Do I just give an extra envelope with a stamp on it attached with tape?

You can put "c/o" which is abbreviation for "care of." A stamped return envelope means to enclose an extra envelope that is addressed only to you and which bears sufficient postage for that letter to be delivered to you. Affix the postage stamp to the self-addressed envelope itself but not with tape (most postage stamps are self-sticking, or just use glue).
