K so I got one but I'm not a huge fan, I like facebook and twitter better.. But anyways: when somebody likes ur post or reblogs, or comments , do u receive a notification, like on Facebook it gives u the notification, on tumblr does it do that or does it just send it to ur email.. I'm a little new.. Tell me more about tumblr lol ! I'll even follow u but follow back

No, you don't get notified. The only things you could be notified for are new replies, messages, and followers.
I don't follow back, but I check blogs that follow me. I don't follow back because I am really picky about blogs that I follow.
