I am a part of a Facebook group that is completely open. When I post to that group, does my post show up on my friends' tickers, who aren't a part of that group? Or does it only show on friends tickers, who have joined the group?

it shows up to all of your friends, yes, it's an open group after all

If it is closed group, nobody wont see it... if it is open then they will see it
