I need a site or something where I can update my twitter and it will automatically update my facebook or vice virsa. Please?

There's an application on facebook that will let you do this.
To find it just search Twitter on facebook, then click on Applications on the sidebar, and it's the first one.

FB Account Privacy settings allow u 2 connect FB 2 Twitter. Same with MySpace.
