Okay i live in Bristol, UK my dad(Who would be 85 is dead) had 8 kids (Me, Kelly, Kirstie, Katie, Shelia, Helen, Mike and Kenneth) Shelia, Helen, Mike and Ken are all older than me, Im 16 they're about 49-69 and they're my half siblings they don't use facebook so how on earth do i find them?

Have you asked this in the Genealogy section? I`m sure someone there will be able to guide you through tracing your family tree. It`s not just for dead relatives, but for living ones too.
You never know, one of them may be a user on a site like Ancestry.co.uk.
Take care though, they may not know you exist (I don`t know this of course) so no running up to them shouting "Surprise!" Take it steady.
