Recently when my friends try to follow me on Twitter they get a "restricted" message and it doesn't let them follow me. Why is this happening?

Your privacy setting may be on private. This blocks people from being able to follow you. They must request to follow you and then you accept. Just go to settings and check your privacy settings. I believe this is whats happening to them. Plus, if you want two new followers, follow @TheBarreDanceCo and @andrewmulet for 2 new followers!
