I've been seeing it on Twitter a lot where someone's gone "rap game jock wallace" or "rap game 50 cent" and I don't understand & was wondering if someone could explain it to me.

That's just a way of comparing themselves to someone else. Like Rap Game 50 Cent means that my rapping skills are comparable or better than 50 cent.
