I want to find a native English speaker as my Private English Teacher, I hope he/she can give some advices in the GRE, how can i get a touch with these people since facebook is closed in China?

There are many ads for english teachers in Beijing. For example try http://www.thebeijinger.com and go to the teaching section. Better than facebook.

You should try to go through an agency if you don't want to do your own advertising. Also, word of mouth has worked wonders landing me private teaching jobs.
