I am planning on deleting my old yahoo account. But, I don't want to delete my facebook which is receiving notifications relying on old yahoo account. I want to change the facebook account to the new yahoo ID, as well as delete the old yahoo account. What do I do to receive any notifications to the new yahoo ID away from the old yahoo ID. Thanks.

I think there is an option in facebook account setting to change your account.

delete ur fcbk account from yahoo and thn make ur new yahoo id..and start receiveing mail to ur new yahoo. id..

Well!!!!
Create a new yahoo account first.
Then, login into your facebook (using old account) and go to Account settings.
Now, change the account to your new account ID and get it verified (a mail will be sent to fb to your new account and you will have to click the link for verification)
Now, its done..
You can login from your new account into the same ID!
If necessary, remove the old account!
