I accidentally reported my ex boyfriend as an 'Unwanted Contact' on facebook. Will this cause him to get his account deactivated and will he know it's me?

No, he won't know it's you, and his account won't get deactivated unless at least a few people report him.

Don't worry, he won't know it was you... and he would need ALOT of reports to be deactivated.
