Someone put my as an exclusive top friend on facebook, what does that mean? And how do you see that?

Top Friends is an app by a developer that people add to their page. When you got the email or the notification on FAcebook, there should have been a link that would take you to the app to see who else was added as their top friends. You see it on that person's profile also.
