Like my 13 year old little sister gave me her Facebook Claiming Myspace is better... But now i wanna change the Birth Year and cant can someone tell me how?!

Just go to your profile and at the top where it shows all your information you will see the words 'edit profile'. Just click on the edit profile link, and you will see your birthday there, which you can change.

You would be better of just creating a new Facebook account for yourself. I believe if she is underage, her birth year will be locked and therefore can't be edited. Also, it is against Facebook's TOU to transfer your account to someone else.
