Ok so my question is: How can I direct message a twitter person that I'm following on Twitter?
Because I can direct message somebody is following me, but I tried & I tried, & I tried but I can't seem to be able to message somebody Who I am following them.
So How do I do it? cause it's driving me crazy.

like to say if you wanna write something to a celebrity? it showws them they have a message, but it wont show up on their page. but they recieve it.
