Practice and performing. That is the key, other than over-priced equipment.

LOL, you mean DJ'ing. I thought you meant your "djing".
Practice makes perfect while DJ'ing. Watch other experienced DJ's and observe what they do.
As for your djing-a-ling, just make the most of what you were born with.
