ever since I added Face Book app to my Blackberry phone all Facebook notifications to my yahoo e-mail address go into the trash folder instead of the in box
Vince. What settings do I check? I have 'checked' everything I know of. Can you be more specific?

Yahoo knows that Facebook is useless.
If you gave Facebook (or the App) your Yahoologin it does it automatically, to prevent that you might get the notifications twice (via Email and App).

A setting was probably inadvertently changed in the process which has told your inbox to trash them. You may have also accidentally marked one of them as spam in the process of deleting it which would then tell the rest from that source to be sent to the trash. Take a look at your settings on your phone and your yahoo account to see how it treats the facebook emails.

I agree with the first person, it's probably so that you don't get the alert twice (once from your phone, once from you inbox.)
How did you get facebook on your blackberry? I'm trying to and I can't figure it out! =/
