Let me get this straight. You don't know their passwords but you want to gain them 100k followers?
I'm sure you can find someone to provide that amount of followers but I don't really think you can get them to be targeted, like arab only...
Anyways. I suggest micro jobs based websites that have gigs on such services. look for sellers with positive reviews and good history.
