Go to My Activity
then My Preferences
then Privacy & Communications tab
then it will say "Share My Q&A with" (questions)
and "Share my Answers network with" (answers)
Click on those to make them scroll down and select "My Contacts Only".
If you want your questions to not be posted on Facebook/Twitter,then while you are on the "Submit Question Page" while asking a question, make sure Facebook and Twitter are not checked just above the blue "Submit" button.
