So I've known this girl since High School and I do chat with her on Facebook sadly she says she's too busy with work and so she doesn't want to have lunch with me. Now she already has a boyfriend but I really like her I tend to complement her and ask her questions such how her day or you look very pretty and what not. So how do I make her to like me? I've asked her out for lunch but she's been busy for some weird reason.

Care her than her boyfriend does.
Give importance to her feelings.

Well put yourself in her boyfriends place. Since you like her so much, I'm sure that would make you very happy, right?
Then imagine some guy coming along trying to take her away from you. That part wouldn't feel too good, would it?
What you do to others, will come back to you only it comes back 10 times worse.

shes too busy for some weird reason.. because shes not into you bud. + she already has a boyfriend. take the hint.

You can't. Put yourself in his shoes. How would you like it if you had a gf and some other guy was trying to steal her from you? I bet it won't feel very good.
