Ok well, I have to use the computer alot to do my homework & projects but I always get distracted with FB, Twitter, Tumblr, etc
No matter what, I always end up getting distracted! What should I do?PS - I've thought about turning off the internet, but I need the internet for my homework ... sigh

I have the same problem. Just sign out and just focus on your work and you will probably finish it in about 30 minutes. Then with all the extra time you can check out Facebook and stuff.

I'm not sure how to help, because I get easily distracted too. So, try setting your mind at ease, and think of how if you don't get your homework done, it's an F- for you. And also the faster you gt your homework done(And don't rush) the more you can stay on the your websites, and not have to worry about rushing your projects or homework

I know exactly what you mean... i do it also.
I think the best way is to set a time limit and a structure.
For example: Do your homework for 1hr with no interruptions, then have a break for 15 mins. Thats plenty of time to check the social network sites.
Also don't try and tell yourself that your gonna do your homework all night cos ur gonna get bored.
Try and do say 3 hrs at a time with a break in between each day or how often it is needed and you shudn't need to do much more.
Its all about self control!
