I really wanna see BVB and I don't know what to do for Xbox because my brother never lets me use it. My brother is going camping so can someone please help me?!

I've got the exact same problem! (except i have my own Xbox but I'm new to all of it)
I think it depends on where you live (damn Andy for advertising it as worldwide), as "This award show is available at no charge to all Xbox LIVE members in the following regions: Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, UK and US" which sucks since I live in New Zealand.
If you do live in any of these countries, you can find it under either home, video or music apps on the starter screen aka dashboard, but I've heard that some people have difficulty finding it there too.
