On Facebook I usually get notifications the moment someone posts something or anything, now it'll show up 15 minutes later, even if I saw the post.
Is this just me?

No, I get them around 7 to 10 minutes after the post on Facebook. You're not the only one

http://developers.facebook.com/live_status facebook crashed today and they fixed "most" of the issues spread the word
