My sister came home from work complaining about my status's. And she said she got them via SMS but she wouldn't tell me why. So, I blocked her on Facebook. Will she still recieve my status'?

No, 'cuz once you have blocked someone, it's like they're gone from existence. You guys won't receive anything from each other anymore, unless you unblock her.

It depends on your privacy settings and mutual friends. If you don't have your status notifications set to 'friends only', he/she might still be able to see them. I have blocked people before, but they can still see when I join a public event or comment on mutual friend pages/pictures. Facebook is terrible about privacy settings.
