Just wondering if you can actually get like a 1000 notifications.
I mean about two years ago I went away and came back (that whole time I didn't check my fb when now when I leave I somehow find a way to always check once in a while) and remembered that I had more than a hundred notifications.

It only displays 100. If you keep deleting notifications, eventually you'll see the ones that aren't being displayed.
