I dont know how to get over my ex boyfriend that I was with for a year. Im constantly stalking his facebook page and i guessed his facebook password and once in a while ill go on and read his messages. I know thats being a stalker, idk how to control myself. I need help getting over him. I am letting him affect me way too much.

find an activity to take up your extra time
make some new friends to distract you

Omg your exactly like me. Except my ex changed his password so now i cant stalk and he deleted me lol ah well. Just delete him as a friend!!! and dont go on hsi account i know its hard but if u wanna move on and stop feeling shitty then just control urself

Go to the club, do something fun! I just broke up with my boyfriend of 3 1/2 years, and being alone just makes you think about you went through and gets you down again. Hanging out with my friends and just dancing keeps me cheered up. (:
