NOT a song. I recorded my brother telling some sort of a story on my phone and emailed it to myself so it's on my computer. How could I get a url for it so I could post it as a link?
the file is ".amr" and every website ive tried says they dont support that type of file.

You can convert your file to another format and then upload it to Facebook or some other place.
For example here - http://media-convert.com/ - you can convert the .amr file into another format - mp3 for example.
I recommend you to convert it to WMV or MOV, although it is video formats you will have only sound, and you will be able to upload the file directly to Facebook as video.
