Go to your Profile, then Info, then Edit Information, Basic Information. click the Family Members. there you go. i've changed mine yesterday.

You need to send them an invitation. While in sorority life, click on My House, on the left you will see your Facebook friends listed. Click on the box next to their name, then click on the purple box that says Send Sorority Life Invitation. They will need to accept your invitation and you will be sisters.
