My girlfriend and I live in 2 different states and there is an age difference between us (about 3-4 years) and her parents found out that she was dating an older guy and they flipped and now they are forcing her to block me on facebook and on her phone, and on top of that they are taking away her xbox so we cant even resort to that. They also forced her to end it but we still love each other and I still want to talk to her, how can I keep in contact with her without arousing suspicion from her parents?

its time to move on unfortunately, look at the circumstances. You live in seperate states, do you have time to visit her? She wont be able to. Even if you get up there, you have to sneak around. Hope it works out, but I dont see it happening. Sorry.

Make another facebook id with another name and where you have her age.
