Yes you do need a facebook account.
I've never seen the Jonas Brothers Facebook live chat,
but I've been to Demi Lovato's and Mitchel Musso's.
It's like really hard to ask them a question since there's so many
people typing stuff and it's just almost impossible for the JBs
to catch your question/comment.
