Why would one have anything to do with the other?

Unless he has a warrant, etc for Child Support, he will only get arrested for the other warrant. Eventually though, if he owes Ch. Spprt, they will take his license if he has one, and he could also get arrested if it starts adding up too much. He needs to keep in contact with Ch Spprt concerning his employment (even if he's not working). There is a man who has 20 children and pays a little over $1 weekly for each child-it's true. Saw that on Yahoo.

You have the name fruitloop in your online name
If I would have a friend like that I would call myself fruitloop too!
The debt stays (but you could pay it for him?)

He's going to jail.
I hope he has friends in South America where he can hide out at. He not going to get out of this one, they don't care if he is unemployed.

Tell him to go to child support enforcement and make an official request to modify the order. They are required to help either parent upon request, by federal law.

For 22 years, I have volunteered my time working with divorced/single fathers dealing in family law issues, such as child support, teaching them about what the states are not telling support obligors.
